The topic of energy is urgent. It is about climate, security, dependence and prosperity. Aargau wants to play an active role in achieving the energy and also the climate policy goals of the federal government.
In one sub-project, 200 Aargauer technical college students visit the Stapferhaus each day for workshops. They explore their personal and professional use of energy: on home trainers they physically experience how much energy it takes to charge their mobile phone. And in video portraits they get to know inspiring energy pioneers.
Tweaklab was commissoned for the planning, programming and installation of the home trainers station.
The project was initiated by the Cantonal Department of Construction, Transport and the Environment (BVU) in cooperation with the Paul Scherrer Institute (PSI), the High-Tech Centre Aargau (HTZ) and the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland (FHNW).
