Main entrance, KPMG Zurich

KPMG employees as well as visitors to the newly renovated main building are welcomed with personalised greetings by the marketing department. Via a web interface, they can upload images and texts that transform into pixel clouds and float towards the people entering KPMG as subtle, moving messages. The dynamic pixel clouds also react to people passing by via two installed 3D cameras.
The graphic content, implemented generatively, appears on two 3 x 4.6 m glass panels covered with black rear projection film, which have been placed in the building's entryway.
Major challenges in implementing the installation involved realizing an ideal optical solution in spite of the limited space and the sunlight's angle of incidence, as well as to install the speakers invisibly with optimal sound quality, and to make the entire entrance area interactive.
The installation is expandable and flexible, and can be adapted within new frameworks and new ideas stemming from the scenographers and the marketing department at any time.

Idee & Klang composed an abstract soundscape for the spatial sound system. It is reproduced in a nuanced way with a Meyer Sound system.

Tweaklab was commissioned with the media technical planning, the realization and installation of the projections, in addition to the programming and design of the interactive installation, which includes particle swarm behavior and animations.
