Happy Birthday, Globi!

Globi celebrates his 90th birthday this year. The story of the original "Globus" advertising figure is recounted with a variety of media and exhibits. Especially surprising is the media installation "Birthday Cake". Here, first of all, we listen to the arriving guests: the dragon from China, William Tell or Roger Federer. They chat and wait for Globi, while he hides in the cake, popping out unexpectedly to greet everyone, including the children in the museum. This amusing spectacle can be triggered by a button. In addition to the audio feed and the mechanical opening of the cake, a small light show is also feautured. Tweaklab developed and implemented the media planning for the cake, as well as programmed and set up the entire installation and executed the sound editing.
In addition, there are various audio and video stations where children can select a Globi story themselves by pressing a button. Their favorite book can be highlighted as such on a touch screen. This list is visible to all visitors and is continuously updated. Furthermore, an interactive guessing game invites children to discover Globi's career in a playful way.

Tweaklab was also commissioned with the media-technical planning, programming, installation, as well as with the audio and video processing.
