10 years of Sankturbanhof
Sankturbanhof Sursee

10 years ago the museum Sankturbanhof was opened. On the occasion the anniversary the permanent exhibition was newly produced. In the center stands the small town Sursee with its curiosities and personalities.
Tweaklab was commissioned with the overall media technical planning, programming and installation as well as with the sound recordings and the editing of the sound. For example with programming several tablets which show historic films, such as interviews concerning the bypass of the lower part of the town, or old commercial films of the brand Calida.
Experts from Sursee narrate their personal experiences as well as the urban development based on the photographic archive of the small town. The photographs are divided into fourteen slideshows and are selected and released through a tablet. The comments were recorded, edited and the tablets programmed by Tweaklab. Also the scary stories about the "Holy Georg als Drachentöter" were recorded and edited by us.
Another 25 personalities from the towns’ history are available for a "blind date". The visitors selected characteristics from a notepad. The corresponding numeric code can be typed in on a keyboard and the unknown person shows on a monitor with additional personal information. Based on the characteristics and a selfie, a match will be generated by a person from the "Blind Date" pool and yourself. The picture will then be shown on a third monitor. Both stations have also be planned by Tweaklab.
